I ordered from cowderry.com, i don’t get why people always assume shipping is going to be a problem with sites like this. I got my tracking info quickly, and the package actually showed up earlier than I thought it would. Delivery was smooth, no weird delays or anything. I’d order again because, at the end of the day, it didn’t take forever like some other places do

I ordered from cowderry.com because the product looked nice in the photos, but when it arrived, it just didn’t feel the same in person. Am I missing something, or is the finish supposed to look a little rough? The material felt kind of cheap, and the stitching wasn’t as clean as I expected.

It does still work fine, so I’m giving it 2 stars for that, but I don’t really feel like the quality matches the price. Maybe I expected too much from the pictures, but I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

I had a quick little question before placing my order, the support team got back to me faster than I expected. They actually explained things like a normal human being too, not one of those robotic copy-paste replies you see a million times.
Everything got sorted out with basically no drama at all, which was such a relief. It made me feel way more comfortable using Cowderry, and overall it was just simple, smooth, and easy. I’d definitely use them again

I ordered from cowderry.com thinking the quality would absolutely justify the price, but nope, I’m completely sure it didn’t. The item wasn’t awful or anything, it was just very average, and for what they’re charging, average is not enough.

I expected better material, better overall feel, and maybe quicker service too. It works fine, sure, but I can say with full confidence I wouldn’t buy again unless the prices dropped a lot

I went with my normal size and it fit just about right. It’s not too snug and not loose or baggy, which is exactly what I was hoping for. If you’re between sizes, I’d say maybe think about how you like it to sit, but for me, sticking with my regular size was the right call. Overall, I’m happy with the fit and would definitely buy it again.

The return itself was straightforward, and I didn’t have any major trouble sending the parcel back. The instructions were clear enough, so that part was fine.
The frustrating bit was the lack of updates after that. It took longer than I expected, and I had to email twice just to find out whether they’d even received it. To be fair, the refund did come through in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster, but quicker communication would’ve made the whole thing much less annoying. Three stars feels about right.
